Mathew Gonzalez supports policyholders across London, Surrey and the South East with building insurance claims arising from events such as escape of water, fire, storm damage, flooding and accidental damage. He manages the claim process on your behalf, from initial assessment and insurer liaison through to scope preparation and repair coordination, with the objective of achieving a fair settlement and restoring the property to its pre-loss condition efficiently and professionally.
As a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years' experience in property, construction and project management, Mathew brings a detailed understanding of buildings, defects, repair methodologies and reinstatement costs. This technical expertise enables him to assess damage accurately, identify the full scope of necessary repairs and ensure that insurers are provided with clear and robust supporting information throughout the claims process.
Acting solely in the interests of policyholders, Mathew provides independent representation from initial notification of loss through to final settlement and reinstatement. His aim is to reduce the stress and uncertainty often associated with property damage claims by providing clear advice, proactive claims management and professional oversight at every stage, helping clients secure the settlement to which they are entitled under their insurance policy.
